6:00 pm, kickoff potluck at Coram, Going to the Sun Group
7:00 pm, Meeting, Going to the Sun Group in Coram

FRIDAY
6:00 am-12:00 pm, activities on your own (set up camp/lake access)
12:00 pm, open discussion meeting
6:30 pm, Dinner (host TBD)
8:00 pm, Speaker meeting
9:30 pm, Smores at the campfire

SATURDAY
7:00 am, early bird meeting
8:30 am, breakfast (host TBD)
1:00 pm, open discussion meeting
1:00–5:00 pm, arts and crafts/rock painting, fellowship
5:00 pm, Dinner POTLUCK/PIG ROAST
6:30 pm, Speaker meeting (TBD)
7:30 pm, Auction, 50/50 drawing
9:30 pm, bonfire and games

SUNDAY
8:00 am, pancake breakfast
(Please bring breakfast items, bacon sausage eggs, etc.)
9:00–11:00 am, Clean up Check out no later than 11:00 am

Notes:
$20 overnight fee (per vehicle) forest service day use fee
Volunteers needed (setup, clean up, check in, cooking) requesting groups to host meals 4–8 groups 2–4 per meal
Please bring auction item for the live auction all proceeds will go to Flathead valley intergroup, items can be purchased, handmade, literature, trinkets, etc.
All payments must be made by cash or check.
Share your talent, bring an instrument, and games to share for fellowship.

Emery Bay Campground is located on the east shore of the Hungry Horse Reservoir off of Road 38. It sits high in the Rocky Mountains, less than 30 miles from the Continental Divide, and is surrounded by towering mountain peaks.
